Signing an opponents team sheet without having the PDF squad list available
Failure to provide club assistant referee
Failure to pay match official fees
Failure by the defaulting club to pay the match officials their full fee when a match is not played, if the match officials attend the ground
Failure to provide referees mark
Failure to complete a referee report to the referee secretary within 4 days of a match
Playing an unregistered/suspended player in a cup match
